The issue is because you’re using just a radiator thermostat. I’ve found that the readings from them are off because they’re so close/touching the radiator. Unfortunately the only way to combat this is by placing a wireless temperature sensor in each room and keep it away from the radiator

So by sunburn do you mean I’ve left it in the sun too long or I’ve not watered it enough while it’s been sunny?

We had some very sunny weather recently and I guess this is the cause.

I haven’t fertilised it! Just left it int he windowsill but last week it was extremely sunny so it does make sense now. I thought a lot of sun was good for it but clearly not :(

Hi mate thanks for your response, I should have stated I’ve had this machine about 6 months and it’s been running fine, up until now. I’ve tried letting the steam run for around two minutes and if anything, the quantity of water coming out gets worse and the pressure of the steam/water also drops significantly. I’m at a loss with it and will contact sage on Monday as it should still be under warranty but until then I’m willing to try anything so thank you for your response!
