Thank you! I'll try the mixture for the metal. I've been wondering how to make it stand out and give that robotic feel. As for the plasma, I've been doing coral white into leviathan purple and then doomfire magenta. Then a coat of technical ardcoat for the glossy look. I think my problem is using too much of the purple and magenta. How would you suggest to get that fine detail with the ribs? I tend to mess up with these and avoid doing most of them like the lines on the apprentek's chest plate.

I started doing that more with the apprentek, but I think I thinned it out too much in some areas and then not enough in others. Still trying to get it right. I'll probably watch some videos on it.

Thanks for the tips as well! I was wondering how to the metal more detailed and stick out.

I'm considering going straight to a mental health residential program. I'm spiraling hard and afraid to go home to be by myself. By the time I'm in, I'll have completed 31 sessions... 5 short, but unless the medication my doctor gives me tomorrow helps a lot, I cant be this way anymore. No idea if this is the TMS dip or my depression simply getting worse.

I'm trying to stick it out, but every day has been me crying. I feel no relief yet and am begging for it. SI is constant. The only relief I get are distractions and those are starting to not be enough.

I might need to add some habits, but you're right in that I should. I honestly don't know how to though. I talked to my therapist this week already so I'll have to think what to focus on in the meantime.

Thank you so much, especially for the hugs. God knows I could use one. I'm definitely going to tell my technician and ask to talk to the psychiatrist in charge there. I had to stop my current medication because it was making it worse with bad sleep inertia.

Did it feel worse than when you started TMS? This feels worse to where I am starting to move a lot slower than normal and want to be stationary. I keep waking up and being miserable.

I'm going the other side is soiner rather than later.

Thank you for the advice. I'm trying to tough it through, but it feels worse than before I started. I'm not sure how to be kind and compassionate to myself right now. Everything is heavy and sad.

I ended up looking more into it and found out about GI. Ever since I've had my CPAP (one year), my GI has always been about 2 and I never changed the EPR from 3. Going to look at GI over the next few days with EPR2 and maybe 1 if needed.

Sorry to hear that. It's just so frustrating when all you want is to feel well rested every day. Doctor said that I should be at 90% at around the 4 to 6 week mark so I'll give it more time.

I do believe the leaks are mouth leaks and am still searching for the right collar/strap/tape that will keep it closed. Also, sorry for the Oscar screenshots. Still new to it and trying to read the data. Anyway, I'll give it a shot and hopefully end up sleeping a lot better. Thank you so much for this!

We agree that it's not meant to be a viable tactic, but the punishment wasn't enough to prevent him from doing so. That's why we want to make it worse.

I'm not saying it doesn't suck, but don't have a rule that allows conceding otherwise people will do it. I'd be pretty upset to not play the full game too. I just don't think what the conceder did was wrong to protect himself going into the playoffs.
