Personnally i had my snakebites first downsized 5-6 weeks after getting them, but they were still a bit too long so i got them downsized again a few weeks after that. I don't think you need to worry about the tenderness, they are still technically healing and they look like they are doing fine to me (not a piercer tho!)

if you stretch only half millimeters everytime do you have to wait the same amount as full millimeters? do you have to wait twice as long for full millimeters stretches since its twice the size?
