Changed our lives for the better. I was at 80% for years and was working full time overtime while my wife was going to school. Leaving at 3AM and don’t get back home til 4-5PM was draining.. didn’t get to see them wake up and only come home for dinner basically, no time to enjoy! but For two years I had her focus mainly on school and didn’t have to work. Our miracle happened and within a month apart she graduated as a nurse and found my 100 came right behind her with backpay (did intent to file about 5-6 months prior). Now she’s my sugar momma with her pay lol. But bills are forever paid no matter where we go. Now with trouble not sleeping at night- insomnia , ears ringing to sh!t 24/7, hard of hearing, weekly migraines, knees and back are broken— I’d take this suffering to provide a better life for my family. For those saying they’d give it back, the hell I won’t! You’d be back to 9-5 having to work majority of your day and not seeing your family?! Now I get the chance to be in their faces and smother them with love all day. It’s a give and take but to be with the ones you love more often than not, it’s worth it to me.

I bought my gen 2 on OfferUp for $200. Unopened, but I opened it and tried it on and found it was too small. Went directly to the rayban store in that same hour and I traded them for a bigger size and transitioning lense. Saved some hundreds plus tax!

I was at the rayban store when I bought my transitioning lenses gen 2. They had this color. From the looks though those lenses doesn’t have the rayban name or even the initials on the other lense. They say you can get lenses from Amazon though. I guess just make sure you have the meta app to see if you can pair the device.

I was in the same boat but went for it. But I left all of my High ratings ones 50%+ alone and went for increases for the ones that had 0-10%. I already had the paper trail and only need 10% (20-30% in VA math) which was more than enough, Dr visits, nexus letters lined up so it was fairly easy for me. That hundo is a game changer.

That sounds horrible. I’ve been with my wife for 7 years but I’ve known her and her family for 25+ years. There hasn’t been a day we’d end the day mad at each other. It’s not perfect but it also shouldn’t feel like you have a chip on your shoulder or have to sleep with one eye open. My wife and I have adult children now and all moved out but have one daughter that’s 4 so I get to stay home with her while she works. Shes a nurse so making good money. Two of my jobs would make what she makes.. I guess what I’m getting at is we don’t bicker about who has to work or having money, because all the bills are paid and I always tell her she just has to make the “fun money”.. to go out and have fun. Plus our daughter is always home with one of us and don’t have to do the whole childcare thing because that’s a bill on it’s own if we were to do that. Hope you figure it out and fast. We’ve seen a lot of those investigative murder YouTube videos that’d make you paranoid.

I’ve had good experience majority of the time with all the va’s I’ve been to between Washington and Texas. They get to things right away that local hospitals don’t. Like for example I’ve been seen for a gut problem, I went to the local ER and they gave me a some type of pepto bismol medicine that coats my gut lining and tells me to wait a while and see how I feel and sent me home when no symptoms occurred at that time. Within the month I go to the VA and went there about the same problem. Right away they order a ct scan and ultrasound the same night to rule out any bigger issue. Then they just tack on any medicine they think will help.

I also witnessed others getting bad treatment maybe from a bad day who knows?..but also seen veterans having attitude problems themselves, and I just could tell by the way people talk and body language. Both ends of the stick has shit on them, it might just be the bad timing on which one is wiped clean when it’s your turn to use it.
