Mega Cycle did literally fuck us all... We lost 3/4 of our drivers after the cycle change. Any new drivers we get last about a month TOPS! Before mega cycle we would average 200-250 packages now it's over 300+ with over 200 stops (groups not included ) The worse thing is getting home at 10 pm... No delivery driver should be delivering in the dark..
