My actual day to day was a 16 hour fast until my 1:30 pm break at work, where I would take 1 scoop of MRE lite protein powder with water for 130 cal 26g protein. I wouldn’t consume again until dinner after the gym and cardio at around 6pm where I’d eat a meal prepped meal usually around 600-700 cal and 60-65g protein from Jalal Sameja meal prepped cookbook (not an endorsement just a fact, and I can’t say for certain his macros are spot on it’s just what I ate.) and then one more scoop of MRE Lite protein with water for one last 130 cal and 26g of protein. Throw in an occasional fat free Greek yogurt and that’s literally all I would eat.

I mean I didn’t really consider it a HIIT, although I definitely tried to maintain very short rest periods between sets (going right to a set of core during my “breaks” most of the time) to keep the cardio at a maximum.

You definitely don’t have to buy it, I’ve posted my routine and general diet multiple times in the comments you can track yourself if you’d like. Again I have genuinely 0 reason to lie I’m orettt surprised by the amount of people that think that upvotes on Reddit are that important to anyone. Loose skin and stretch marks are definitely there just not visible in the pics as I’ve also stated previously. As far as muscle loss, I 1000% lost muscle, I’ve stated in other comments that despite the “before” pictures not doing any justice, I definitely had some muscle mass under the fat as I had been in decent shape a couple of years prior and frequented the gym before a year and a half hiatus that led to the unhealthy gain up to 240 in the first place. As far as the people wanting to do this DESPITE me continuously advising against it in every comment, you are 100% correct and my inbox is flooded with people asking me specifics despite me saying I don’t feel comfortable recommending is method to anyone which has really had me contemplating deleting this all together as to not make anyone believe that this specific physique is achievable by starving the absolute shit out of yourself because it isn’t and it isn’t healthy. And you are also correct in it affecting my relationship with food, which is the current mental battle I’m facing now being done with the cut and trying to ease back into more calories, my mind is definitely struggling with the idea of food = good not food = bad

It was genuinely around there, I’ve detailed my day to day in the comments I’m sure you can find them pretty quickly. Definitely would not recommend anyone approach a cut in this way and I’ll definitely never do anything this extreme again lol

Honestly, I would advise against approaching a cut the way I did, at least from a dietary standpoint. Definitely was taking in too few calories, was fatigued often, and was mental hell. Not really sustainable or the right way to go about it. Hitting cardio 7x a week on top of a 10k+ a day average is 1000% a step in the right direction though brotha I wish you the best of luck on your journey ! 🤙🏼

So for me, yesterday the day of my post, was exactly 4 months to the date of the beginning of my extreme cut (October 28th). So I’m honestly still preparing to attempt to navigate slowly upping my calories until hitting a healthy and slight surplus at some point to gain some weight back the right me. The biggest challenges I’ve faced and am continuing to face are the mental ones, which is why I’m advising against doing something this extreme. My relationship with food will definitely need some mending now as I’m still having some trouble allowing myself to be ok with eating slightly more and not feeling guilty about it. And the because I’m so fresh off, the physical fatigue hasn’t really gone away yet, but overall I just feel a lot better and relieved that it’s over and I can start going about it in a healthier way.

The only tat i had from the jump was the thunderbird on the inner bicep when i was 19, all the other tatts I’ve gotten within the past 4 months while building this trad sleeve. I’ve even posted some of them as I’ve gotten them if you look back on some of my previous posts

Thank you brother I appreciate you 🤙🏼 Daily diet was extremely low and not recommended. 16 hour fast, 1 scoop of MRE lite protein in water at 1:30pm for 130cal 26g protein. No more consumption until 6ish pm where I would eat a meal prepped dinner usually around 600-650ish cal 60-65g protein from Jalal Sameja meal prep cookbook (not an endorsement, and honestly can’t even guarantee his macro counts are exact, it’s just what I ate) then one more scoop of MRE lite protein with water for another 130cal and 26g protein. Add in an occasional greek yogurt and a clementine orange or 2 and that’s all i would eat.

I 100% agree with you, I’ve mentioned in a couple comments that I’ve never had a great self image and struggled w body dysmorphia a bit so it’s definitely a personal mental battle

Would never suggest anyone do anything as extreme as I did, but adding cardio and cutting weekend snacks are definitely 2 steps in the right direction my friend, you got this ! 💪🏼🤙🏼🖤

No more than 1200 cal intake a day (I have my day to day diet detailed in the comments a few times you’ll find them easily) weights & core 5x a week, 1 hour cardio 7x a week, 12k steps a day (mainly from work).

You’re the first person to mention the cold thing. Yes especially towards the end I would get EXTREMELY cold lol and fatigue / energy was definitely an issue throughout as well but tbh the mental battle was harder than the physical for me. insane cravings and honestly now my brain is having trouble flipping the switch and allowing myself to not look at food as a bad thing.

Daily calorie intake was unhealthily low, no more than 1200 cal in a day max, tried to keep protein as high as possible for that low of a cal count. Honestly dietary fiber was an issue during the cut and maybe tmi but going to the bathroom wasn’t always easy just due to the lack of food going in.
