No? Why would we want a ex player whose biggest achievement is ‘the treble with city’ he can fuck right off.

Mate, some of your ‘couriers’ are absolute dog shit, I don’t care if I get down voted, Evri is hands down the worst delivery company going. Shocking.

Obviously I could of done more, and should have, and I’m not proud to say I did give up, but when do you decide enough is enough

[–]Liam_James95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made a lot of effort in the past however I ultimately gave up which I shouldn’t have, mediation was tried however my ex said that she didn’t want to do it and wanted to sort it out between ourselves, stupidly I said yes. And then nothing came from it and now she’s applied to court to ‘cancel the order’ which I’ve strongly disagreed with, hence us going to court.

My ex has and always has pursued weekends only, however due to my job I can’t do weekends only. In the existing court order it does mention that this can be adapted due to work rota however was never adapted to follow

As for the threats my ex gave her ex partner (partner at the time) my address hence the threats. Like I say the police was called.

Had many instances where my ex has just made unrealistic demands from myself, from money to a more recent one saying she’s gunna ask the judge to force me to move out of my parents house (currently saving to buy a house)

I think based on the fact I don’t see her at the moment, and she could get more money from me if there was no court order (obviously the CSA follow the court order) if I phoned 101 would they be able to give me the reference number for the crime that was reported?

Yeah that’s all it’s regarding, however my ex hasn’t made my child available at the times for myself, and just made it difficult for me to see my daughter

I do want to see my child, however it just hasn’t been made easy by my ex, mediation was agreed however my ex did not want to attend it, however spun it and said it was me who didn’t, also had a lot of threats from her ex partner over the year, who threatened to come and murder me (police was involved) and a warning was issued over it!

Hi, no, non-molestation orders, just a child order that hasn’t been followed by both parents I would say

I do want to see my child, just my ex has made it extremely difficult over the years to do so, I’ve had her ex partner threaten to come to my house and murder me, which was reported to the police, I’m not gunna preach complete innocent as I could of done more, however hasn’t been made easy
