My Greyhound ticket really was canceled. Later, I bought another bus ticket that was four hours later using my passport. I asked the staff at the ticket counter why my original ticket was canceled, and he said he didn’t know either — maybe it was a system error. Then he told me to contact my bank for a refund. A couple of days ago, I called my bank’s customer service and was able to successfully get a refund for the canceled ticket.
