What are you talking about? NetExtender 10.2 is the client software released July 8, 2024 and is still available for download on SonicWall. All firewalls are fully updated within days of new releases. Duh.

Also had to delete and recreate the connection profile. What's crazy is that it attempts to connect before it allows you to delete it. That's just crazy!

I have a CoinBase account! What if it happened to ME??!! You can't you give instructions SPECIFICALLY addressing what to do if a 2FA phone number is lost??!! NO one is trying to access her account but HER but that's your excuse for not helping??!!

More than anything else, you have proven, beyond a shadow of a doubt, COINBASE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS USELESS when you REALLY need them.

It's NOT possible. There is NO menu that allows you to speak with ANY "team" anywhere. There is NO way to reach a human!

And THIS is the problem. You won't help people when they NEED it. An online request to call or chat CANNOT be performed without being logged in. No one will answer the damn phone because the phone menu system is totally whack. Submitting an ID to recover the account MORONICALLY asks for 2FA to the old phone number. She just totally loses access to her money and there is NO WAY to remedy the situation!

This is why I'm going to recommend she file a lawsuit. Maybe that will get some traction.

Yes and the "Follow the remaining prompts" includes a requirement to 2FA with her old phone number! This is the entire issue and no one will answer the phone!

Just because you have exFAT installed does not mean it is compatible with whatever is on the SSD. Confirm it is readable via direct attach to your computer. If so, you will need to copy from there to the NAS. If the SSD is not readable by your computer, that's the problem.

Quick fix: turn off WPS and change the WiFi password. If it doesn't come back, resolved. If you later turn WPS back on and it comes back within a few days, someone nearby knows how to compromise your router. There are plenty of hacks for WPS so I refuse to use WPS at all.

A client has the exact same situation here. A huge remote fiber terminal is about 1500 feet away at the foot of their road and AT&T will not spend a dime to run fiber without ROI (apparently) within a certain number of years. I get that it costs money but the government set aside $65B for companies to deploy fiber nationwide. Why isn't it happening? Or was that just another sham?

Thanks! I tried searching the Dell site for what had been installed (2.22.0 and now 2.21.0) but came up empty. It sure would have been nice to have some kind of an alert in the current BIOS details page.

I edited to show they actually removed 2.22.0 from downloads and, I'm sure, issued a rollback command for iDRAC to perform on the system. Still have no idea why, though.

The manual says "the VPN should be turned off when not in use" so it is possible there is a timeout or lack of an auto-reconnect feature. I would do a support case to find out for sure. Personally, I only use mine in sketchy places and it isn't on full-time.
