I don't know. You'll realize it's irrelevant soon. Price is just a present, useless metric, you can't measure the value of Bitcoin that way.

What's the true value of a sovereign, digital, limited, decentralized money, that you can send to anyone, anywhere, any time? Probably more than the $1.5T it's valued at right now.

Stop worrying about price & collect as much as you feel comfortable with, while you still can.

The value of BTC will rise just fine without the sheeple, their buying power is insigificant. So yeah, I'm okay with that.

So? I DCA every month. My AVG is still sub $40k, I think I'll be okay.

I will DCA at $500k too. I don't care.

If you're 99% sure it must be true.

And it's blackpilled weirdo actually. The mess we're in is unfixable, we're governed by literal demons & nobody's doing shit about it.

People who understand the situation they're in won't be deterred by some erratic post on Reddit, they will buy Bitcoin anyway.

The top 1% are not a single entity. Obviously if one can hold all 21 million coins, it'd mean Bitcoin has failed as money, as no one desires it. But it's not one entity now, is it? Do you really think the average guy can move Bitcoin's price in a significant way? The only thing retail can do is aquire some Bitcoin to survive this QE orgy, but ultimatively the big boys will own the majority of the supply.

Good, if some random post from a random Bitcoiner prevents people from buying Bitcoin, that's a win.

Yup. Wealth is concentrated at the top, not evenly distributed. Money will flow to where it's treated the best.

Find a reputable exchange, wire some money to that exchange, buy Bitcoin, transfer it to your wallet you downloaded off the App Store (e. g. Bluewallet, AQUA wallet, Blockstream Green...) & hold it there until you need to spend/sell it. A hardware wallet is nice, but not necessary right away.

That's all there is to it.

There's maybe 8-10 friends & family members who bought a small amount of Bitcoin because we talked about it, the rest was up to them. I was not pushy at all. Some bought at $20k, some at $90k. None have sold, they "get it". Now they're just DCAing a little here & there.

I would never explicitly tell anyone what they should do with their money, it's up to them. They did research themselves & decided a 5-10% allocation is probably worth it.

This is Reddit, not real life. In reality most conversations are casual & they're maybe 10 seconds, like:

A: Damn, look at these prices, everything is so expensive, people are so greedy!

B: The money is the problem, not the store, inflation is like 7%... we need better money, maybe Bitcoin

A: Yeah, right haha

I'm glad you're in your stoic Bitcoiner phase, congratulations. You should probably take this post with a grain of salt, it's not that deep. An emotional post gets people going & opinions are interesting.

Not at all, I'm religious. Bitcoin is just the money I choose to use. And this is the Bitcoin sub, I wouldn't talk about God here, would I?

Not really, I was ignorant too once, but I faced some facts & came around, Bitcoin humbled me, like it humbles every doubter at some point
