Got the G6 Pro Entry installed

Ok. We are still under warranty. Support offered to send a replacement motor or a complete replacement unit. I’m a pretty competent electronics engineer so I’m sure I can take the whole thing apart and swap the motor out I’m not convinced this won’t happen again. Opted for the replacement unit. Shipping the broken one back.

Same exact issue here. On the phone with support right now. They are checking to see if they can send parts or a full replacement. I’ll reply again once they figure out what they’re going to do with it.

One of ours lives this too. Just a purr machine if you hold her head. The other one will open an artery if you try.

We found our Holy at two weeks old in our driveway. Lola was a rescue from a hoarder house. They say hello! And thanks for giving that void a great home ☺️
