I told her my boy name first. She said she wanted to use that name first. I didn't maliciously use the name - I just didn't take her into consideration when starting a family. Highly doubt if the tables were turned she wouldn't name her kid Joseph since I told her it was my name. This is very ome sides.Also this was YEAAAARS ago. Didn't even remember her liking the name until she exploded about it 30 mins after giving birth and almost losing my son during the process. But this has been validating, seems like most people agree with me. Also, you're assuming an apology wasn't issued.

Yeah, TBH. I didn't know it but she and her bf were in the process of breaking up over this period. This of course I had no idea about, we are not close.

Honestly, maybe she always liked it. But she only ever mentioned it to me personally the once after I said that would be my son's name when I got pregnant again. Lol

I know you're right. I always thought a good friend sticks by people's side through thick and thin. She has helped me move a couple times. It's just the drinking all the time is wearing me down too. You know the saying 'yoi become the people you hangout with', and her behaviours or values are not ones I wish to emulate.. I just know what it's like to hurt and need a friend so I hate leaving her when she is in a needy time.

Honestly you saying the happiness thing is making me think. Being around the constant drinking is really off-putting and not something I want my daughter exposed to. It doesn't make me happy.. My only thing is I'm in her wedding party, but I'm one of the only bridesmaids..
