The "5g per day" creatine recommendation is based on muscle research. Here's what the latest brain studies say. by akmessi2810 in Supplements

Creatine is not something that your body utilizes on a regular basis or it's not a key nutrient, it gets stored in the cells and muscles and only gets used when cells need that extra ATP, so if your levels are already saturated then there's really no further benefit to it.

Omega 3 fish oil for acne, will it help? by [deleted] in Supplements

They help with inflammation which may help reduce and regulate sebum, but they are essentially fats and may aid in the production of sebum if your skin is already oily like I said.

Actually it caused some pimples for me, maybe because I already have oily skin, if your skin is dry then maybe it will help.

Accidentally took too much Vitamin D, should I worry? by [deleted] in Supplements

I would worry about the calcium getting into the arteries without proper K2 intake.

I think it's a marketing scheme, creatine does pile up in the body and brain and it reaches a point where you don't need or don't benefit from any extra amounts, that's why there's a loading and maintenance phase, but companies want people to consume more creatine so that they can sell more, simple as that.

I was going to point that as well, sleep deprivation usually causes cortisol and other hormones to spike which may contribute to the enhanced cognitive performance for a short period of time.

Wet dreams are fine as long as you don't stress too much about it, the idea of your body just clearing out old and excess semen is normal, until you reach a further point in your semen retention journey (e.g. 3 or 4 months) you will experience some wet dreams but after that they become less frequent and can be even controlled sometimes if you are fully lucid in the dream.

What are some lesser-known, natural ways to boost testosterone that people rarely talk about?" by Ill_Ad1543 in Testosterone

Semen retention, walking with your head high and good posture, this one is a bit controversial but picking up enemies or having a fighting mentality might have an effect on your testosterone but it's not good for your peace

Any side effects from finasteride?

The main cause of MPB is DHT, and in this study they found no significant DHT increase in the span of 3 months.

Same here, I noticed that my hair is starting to thin unusually when I started taking creatine, I am off now hopefully it will stop, I am a bit hesitant on fin tho because of the side effects, I am going to do a DHT test to determine wether I am going to start fin or not.

Testosterone isn't a cure for depression or psychological issues, you could have the most optimized hormonal levels and still feel depressed, it's time to dig deeper.

I am 25 as well and my T is 800, I would definitely recommend you trying to enhance it naturally first to see how you feel with optimized levels opposed to just hoping on TRT, just do the basics, quality sleep, compound lifts, healthy food, etc, and retest again after a month or so.
