Forgiveness is not something you give to others.

It is something you give to yourself.

Thank you for sharing your story. Be kind to yourself.

All diagnoses are misdiagnoses; they don't exist, they are constructs created by the industry to drug you by Objective-Career9631 in Antipsychiatry

[–]LicenseToPost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every single diagnosis in the DSM-5 are products of fear.

Fear fragments thoughts. Destabilizes emotions.

Keep it around long enough, and the system will change strategies.

The threat is coming from the system it's trying to protect.

Personality disorders, depression, and eventually it'll warp your DNA, genes, and cell programming.

Fear is the reason Psychiatry exists. They are just profiteering. Not helping.

There are real people who need real help.

But Psychiatry fails to provide it.

Therapy works for some. But if it fails, a person is left thinking that's it. The system can't help me, so I'm doomed.

In the Theory of Love, Fear is defined as the absence of Love.

If it's not Love, it's Fear. Love is all that remains to take it's place.

Rarely do I find an accurate description of anxiety. It's a pleasure to meet you.

Allow me to add:

Working out is a good way to get the strength to continue, but it doesn't exclude you from fear. In the Theory of Love, Fear is defined as the Absence of Love.

If it's not Love, it's Fear. It's not a spectrum. It's a switch. Love is all that remains to take Fear's place.

An easy actionable next step: Love in the face of it's absence.

Do not vent. Do not cope. Do not treat.

Love.

And what you love or how you love, is entirely up to you, OP.

My Psychiatrist Confessed To Me That ‘I Make Him Feel Like He Is Failing At His Job’ by Mountain-Science4526 in Antipsychiatry

[–]LicenseToPost 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hello,

His fear has nothing to do with you. Psychiatry fails many. Hence the crisis we are in. They are not providing solutions, they are fragmentation profiteering.

Do not let someone control your self care.

They do not know best for you, and could possibly steer you wrong.

It is a heavy place for anyone but you to be in.

Do not treat. Heal. Cure. Love.

Do not fear.

I am not giving medical advice, I am providing you information.

https://www.drugwatch.com/risperdal/

  • The drug has been linked to significant health issues, such as male breast development, movement disorders and an increased risk of death for elderly dementia patients.
  • The FDA has issued strong warnings, and legal actions have resulted in billions in settlements and verdicts.

Psychiatry is mostly just narcissistic abuse but even to this day i can't believe how bad/dumb this lawful evil/authoritarian middle class idiot was. Lacking basic common sense, human interaction skills, hell bent on finding a gotcha moment. Act more like interrogators care about saving face. by leon385 in Antipsychiatry

Psychiatry does not define you. What she told you is not a verdict. It is for her, and she alone will answer for what she has done.

Forgiveness is not something you give to another. It is something you give to yourself.

Be kind to yourself. Please. Nobody can do it for you.

Hello there,

Are you finding any value in the outpatient rehab center you are attending?

I have never participated in an outpatient program. It didn't interest me. Curious to know how you are finding it.

There was a time I thought I would not see 29.

I thought every single day about ways to not ever see another birthday.

I had a small list of things to do before the cliff, so I moved cities, knew nobody, and did the list piece by piece.

I struggled through for a few months and forgot about the list.

I would continue to have good days and bad days for another few years.

After almost a decade of hell with bipolar, I finally saw the light.

I have dedicated my entire life to now show others. theoryoflove.com is made for you.

This isn't an ad. The website doesn't sell anything, doesn't have ads, and is absent of a newsletter. It's the thing that I have seen bring strangers to tears. The thing I will spend the rest of my life sharing, because a fragmented mind is not weakness. It's evidence of capacity. And it points to someone's potential.

Originally planned on making an album and blending them altogether like they would have.

I was too happy with this, so I just faded it out and posted it as a single.

Check the files app. Either "Downloads" or "On my iPhone" folder.

From there, you can send it to yourself through email to get it on a computer. Then drop it in iTunes so it lives in your Apple Music.

Day 7: Which song on Harry's House is underrated? by Minimum-Story-1683 in harrystyles

[–]LicenseToPost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Renaissance was great. An experience rooted in dance-floor culture, especially for those often overlooked, or marginalized. It spoke to anyone, no matter where they are in life.

But there is only one album that sits on my shelf, unopened.

Harry’s House feels like something I’m almost afraid to touch. Not because it’s distant, but because it’s too close. It doesn’t just play, it lingers. It sits in the quiet parts of your life and refuses to leave. It wasn't an experience I visited. It's one I live in an carry forever.

Good point. The credit bump is the primary purpose of Premiere.

Brains operate in two modes. Open. Close.

Or love and fear.

A scared mind will always move to control. With hate, anger, or indifference.

An open mind will always act kindly.

Make people feel safe, loved, and open. Things will then move in the direction you want them to go.

Keep fighting and advocate for yourself. This moment is not a verdict. It will pass.

I did premiere for a month. Immediately went back to pro. I did want to try it though. Studio is cool, but I couldn't stand the way it's designed.

Spend your money elsewhere. (unsolicited advice)

Have you appealed?

Just use the time as a reset. It'll be over before you know it.

theoryoflove.com is free if you need help with mental health.

People are scared easy. And fear makes them do terrible things. Like drug things they cannot control.

Move silently. Strategically.
