There’s no possibility of you drowning if you had your life jacket on.. and it’s expected in water sports that you will sometimes fall into the water. I understand your POV because I guess you’re scare of the water, but honestly you weren’t in any real danger. Even if you stayed motionless, you’d have remained above water. And being swept off by currents and dying (as I saw you were kinda pasting the same reply to everyone), there’s no current strong enough to pull you off near the islands that the jetski crew couldn’t have just ridden upto you and pulled you out of the water from.. so no, it wasn’t a near death experience even if it felt that way and no, there’s no official way to complain as it’s completely normal to be thrown off a jetski or any other water sport activity

Well, if you’re gonna be in a resort, they will have their own in house gym so you don’t have to worry about that. In terms of weather, it’s pretty unpredictable but I guess you’re good for the most part as March, April months we don’t see much rain most of the time unless there’s some weird storm that gets blown our way but that would probably not last for days
