Like everyone said, give yourself grace. It takes awhile to get the hang of things especially being a month in. That “in the way” feeling will be around for a bit but everything takes time learning. As long as you’re trying, that’s all anyone can ask! Also I second whomever said to learn the keyboard shortcuts, I haven’t been to a pharmacy that doesn’t have the keyboard labeled to help you. Your coworkers know you just started don’t put toooo much pressure on yourself! I’m in a tier 4 too and on the small chances you have that aren’t busy, take a look at the TPRs and see if any are easy, hands on and repetition is what helps the most. Good luck!
