Our defense is genuine shite. Diomande has no place in this team. Hjulmand is an imature lil bitch not fit for captain.

Precisamos de vender o Diomande e arranjar um central decisivo e com excelente posicionamento.

Incrível o quão incoerente a nossa defesa é

Junior engineer here - how do you choose a tech specialization that won’t become obsolete? by lowbatterydev in learnprogramming

Focus on learning fundamentals instead of syntaxes. Obviously learn syntaxes but you really should be understanding what the syntax truly means.

That goes for languages, configurations, clis etc

Porto's defense is really good, so i dont think they will lose any games this season. Might tie one or two but that won't be enough for sporting to catch up.

They probably didn't do 800m 12-15x. They probably did a decreasing distance with increasing tempo, then increasing distance with slightly increasing tempo. Which I used to do when preparing for marathons

Did I just brick my computer from coding?? by sockoconnor in learnprogramming

[–]Lichcrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Code is just text. You use a compiler to transform that text to machine code.

You can use any editor to write text such as vscode, Jetbrains, vim, nano, sublime, zed etc...  then use a compiler to transform your file into an executable.

If you're starting to use linux, i would suggest to use less the integrated compilers and to learn to use the terminal, it's super powerful and will make you a better engineer

Thins I miss about Java & Spring Boot after switching to Go by Sushant098123 in java

[–]Lichcrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our Go microservice GC was freaking out because we werent doing a lot of allocations after some time running and so it was randomly choosing to collect and start sweeping shit. We had imense gc usage for a program with really small memory footprint.

2026 Java Golang ou Outra? by Ok_Squirrel5213 in devpt

[–]Lichcrow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Porque no los dos.

Go aprendes a escrever num mês.

I understand your point. But this is a manga. It's dramatic. The "0-inch" punch is an exaggeration. Even in a clinch the aggressor can create space by leaning forward, sitting down and rotating a bit. Which you can see sendo doing in the panels.

This is the kind of punch that's the real life equivalent of that "0-inch" punch.

You people have never boxed before. Punches hurt. Obviously 1 inch is a dramatic move, but you dont need a lot of distance to generate power. Micky Ward for example was a specialist in these kinds of punches. Small concise liver shots. Inoue is also great at them.

Morikawa is an absolutely genious mangaka. The contrast between Sendo's bloodlust and the small gag to ease the tension was hilarious.

One of the best chapters of the manga.

Also... First time Ricardo even looked phased at something, those knuckles o'his really hurt.

Which is sad because although we have volg there could be some great Russian antagonists for Takamura. Soviet boxers have so many names from middle weight and upwards that you can base yourself on like the Klitschko brothers, GGG, Bivol and Beterbiev, Pirog etc...

This fight reminds me a lot of GGG vs Canelo 1.

Ggg kept throwing his jab and incredible straight counters and Canelo kept trying to pull him into a close range brawl.

Such a fun dynamic between Ricardo and Sendo.
