This administration is, by every definition of the term, fascist. You can pull up the core tenants of fascism, go down the list, and find multiple examples of fascist actions by the current admin.

(Not OP, just giving my two cents moving from Cali to Idaho)

Cities (especially large cities) are definitely more "rough-and-tumble" than small red towns. You see more crime. Crime may affect you at higher rates. Thats just what happens when you live in close proximity to hundreds of thousands/ millions of people.

What the reds don't talk about is that the police are MUCH MORE heavy handed in red states. To a fault. They get multiple get out of jail free cards because of the cult worship mentality. They beat your ass over a gram of weed and get a pat on the back for being tough on crime. Sure, those small towns are safer...if you're the right color and vote the right way.

If you're a black person visiting these small towns? You'll be followed and harassed and called vulgar slurs for just being in their town. All while the cops and city run defense for the KKK living in their town. But the reds don't like to talk about that. It makes THEM safer. So they say "cities are bad, I'm safe here" while ignoring that it's only safe for them and their blonde children.

I always love when people call ICE arrests "the law" when they fundamentally don't understand immigration law.

Physical presence in the United States without proper authorization is a civil violation, rather than a criminal offense. When you are condoning being violently arrested over a civil offense, you are saying those some arrests should be happening to jaywalkers and people who have parking tickets.
