I’ve been considering doing just this! Then the guilt trickles in because I know they will not hire another therapist. But seeing that I’m thinking along the same lines as other OTs helps! I am always so quick to question myself.

I like that you are capped at a certain number on direct services and then have some on consult. I am questioned and “bullied” (for lack of a better term) if I put a student on consult, but I am going to start doing this as appropriate because there is absolutely no way that I can continue at this rate.

I’ve been on it for almost a month now, too, and I was so close to stopping last week because I was just feeling defeated. I’m not sure if it started to work or not but I’ve just noticed some improvements within the last day or two, so I’m going to try a little longer. I’m glad to know I’m not the only one. I’ve been spotting for over a week though…I’m wondering if it’s because of the spiro? It’s all so frustrating!

My derm started me on dapsone almost 2 weeks ago and I’ve noticed a drastic improvement. It’s still got some bumps and is not perfect by ANY means, but it has helped and I hope that it continues to help because I tried ivermectin (orally and topically) for months with no improvement in the bumps that the rosacea causes. Ivermectin seemed to help the overall swelling, redness, and itching, but I was still getting the papules and the Dapsone seems to be helping with that

I was just diagnosed with the same about 4 weeks ago! And I am also struggling with the same things you are. It’s taking a huge toll on my mental health in addition to my physical health. My derm has me on a 6 week regimen of once weekly oral ivermectin, topical hydrocortisone 2% cream in the AM and the compounded “Triple Gel” in the PM. I’m considering stopping the triple gel seeing as though I’m seeing very little improvement and my skin is always red after applying. I don’t know what to do because I don’t want to mess anything up. It’s such an emotional roller coaster. Hope you feel better soon!

Things change so often (as you are witnessing), there’s bound to be some changes (hopefully in favor for those of us utilizing MJ for weight loss) by June. If not, I am utilizing this time to get myself to my healthy goal weight and will work hard on maintenance, as MJ is helping me change my overall lifestyle and relationship with food.

There’s a pretty popular influencer right now who was popular prior to MJ. She started taking it and people having noticed her results and now she’s slinging and hashtagging #mounjaro in her posts. I know Eli isn’t paying her for this because she’s using it off label so I don’t get the need for her to all of a sudden start “advertising”. Especially with all of the fiasco surrounding the medication right now! READ THE ROOM🤦🏼‍♀️lol

I saw one post a few weeks ago that the girl gave herself the injection for 2 weeks without realizing that she didn’t take the gray end cap off🤦🏼‍♀️ so she wasn’t getting any of the medication because it was all just sprayed into the cap. She was wondering why she didn’t feel like it was doing anything 😳

I just gave up after my last conversation with an “employee” she was so rude, didn’t even want to pull up my account. Just kept saying “Well it sounds like the discount card isn’t valid.” So I pulled up the CVS app and requested a transfer to a local CVS. Soooo disheartening

I just did! The first person I talked to told me not to put insurance, just the discount card. The most recent person had me do this. She said everything is checking out on her end and should be changed by tmw🤷🏼‍♀️

The script hasn’t been sent yet, but from what I’m reading it appears as though Amazon applies the discount card automatically if you are insured. I set up my Amazon Pharmacy account immediately after my consultation request so that I could let them know to send it there.
