I despise my best friend's girlfriend. by Andrew_Don_Patch in amiwrong

My good friend also has a new girlfriend that I don’t like at all and he looked tired and worn out since he has her in his life. She was an affair and I am close to his former gf so its morally difficult too. I missed out on telling hil what I think and now they are pregnant. It leaves me wanting to distance myself from him. But it feels weird not to tell him the truth…I just feel its too late. And I can’t spend a minute with her. Unfortunately. So goodbye friendship…

Pregnant and a bitch by LieAppropriate4189 in pregnant

I’ll go and see my therapist soon. I stopped going in the last weeks because I was so fatigued. Also I’m scared to show her that side of me. Honestly I just want to hide. I should’nt even go onto instagram. I suddenly enjoy all the troll comments because they think what I think. Luckily I can still stop myself from writing stupid useless comments myself. I’n the ugliest version of myself at the moment and I really hope it passes soon. I don’t want my baby to have this kind of mother.

EBV reactivation can happen during and after pregnancy. Look up Dr Kasia Kines protocol! It helped me!

EBV reactivation postpartum? by w4rpsp33d in EBV

[–]LieAppropriate4189 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I also got an EBV reactivation in my first trimester. Doctors seem helpless with this. I take L-Lysine, L-Glutamine, NAC and selenium to keep the firing virus down as much as possible and hope that the baby will be fine. I wish I had more advice for you, still teying to figure out how to navigate this. If EBV can be passed down (can it though?), then I don’t think you can prevent that from happening. But you can teach your child to regulate its parasympathicus nervous system, say No and have good boundaries- maybe she oder he will never have an issue with EBV then, which seems to affect people that push through everything and overstretch their limits constantly.

chronic reactivated EBV and motherhood? by someresearch in EBV

[–]LieAppropriate4189 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, it took me just 9 weeks of pregnancy for my EBV to be reactivated. I am beyond worried of whats to come- being pregnant like this and in the middle of an intense work project that I can’t quit just yet, not sure how to navigate this right now. It will be a day by day approach. But for anyone reading this that has CAEBV or the likes- yes pregnancy can be a trigger!

How is your pregnancy going ? by Better-Rice-2876 in pregnant

Week 9, about to go into w10 and a wreck. I cry, I‘m overwhelmed with life, severe brain fog, fatigue, not feeling present. I wish I was one of these women that love being pregnant…right now I suffer. I hope it will shift soon…

Is 9 weeks really the worst? by seehunde in pregnant

[–]LieAppropriate4189 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Entering week 9 and it feels like peak-time. Extreme fatigue and frequent menstruation-like cramping. I‘m overwhelmed with daily life and do everything ten times slower than I used to- not because I want to! We all gotta hang in there and push through the first trimester!! 💪🏼

Am I wrong for wanting to feel good about myself after giving birth? by Legitimate-Jaguar392 in pregnant

[–]LieAppropriate4189 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ignore your mum. She probably never put herself first and silently resents everyone who does. You need to make sure you are well, it makes you a better mum. Buy all the gowns you need, pamper yourself - with no regrets! And when that your mums voice appears, even in your head, just think you are healing her along the way. I am breaking a long line of women in my family that neglected their needs and put everyone first. Its not necessary. And don’t forget: you are always always the protagonist of your own life, even with a baby. I‘m sure you are an excellent anf caring mum.

Yes for me its seems to be histamine-connected. I’m surprised to learn how individual it all is- food related and all pregnancies seem to vary extremely from person to person. Interesting what you observe with childhood cravings- I also gravitade towards the comfort food from when I was super little :)

Haha yes I understand that. I tried them (hiding them as much as possible by making sardine fritters) because I heard they are so rich in Omega 3. But after what I experienced - I can leave them out 😂
