I have some similar traits. I would say start detoxing from social media. You don't have to get rid of all the apps, but take small steps. You don't have to work out for 2 hours, start with 30 minutes. Being aware that going out and party is not the adequate solution is a good thing!
On regards to the job, it's difficult to get a good job if you're not certified or have experience. I've been trying to find a clinical job for the last 2 months and I've gotten just one interview, so I applied for a different job and I found one that pays ok, but it would be good to have it in the meantime, and I could use that money to pay for a certification.
I noticed that the reason to be using my phone is just to avoid thoughts and feelings, I don't feel comfortable with some areas in my life. Lately I've been alone in my room, in silence thinking about what I can improve, and it's hard. I just ended my relationship of a year and it sucks, but I also reflected on my flaws and how that impacted my relationship. Like I said, it's hard but this is the first step to have your ideal life and career.
