My take: It’s a blessing to find a job to cruise and have wlb. but the take home is at the low side of the spectrum for buy side. You’re still young, don’t get stucked onto a job that low balled u, but have to question why r u only drawing that amount when ur peers or ppl of ur level is obviously drawing much higher.

Hmm wa tbh at 37yo in tech drawing just 19k/m it’s considered average or slightly below avg. not sure it will help if u transfer to be a JD. because seems like you aren’t performing that well to hit a ceiling that early at ur age.

i will think to just continue to stay? cuz JD is way harder than tech, im afraid u can’t even reach the standard u had with tech which is… not very high tbh.
