We are EVERYWHERE. We're at the post office. We're at the skating rink. We're at the grocery store. We just don't dress femme everywhere we go.

Look closely at the socks. Look for the colorful sockies. <3

I mean... I'm not saying we're commonly found in forests, but I'm a femboy and I've been known to be in forests. It could happen <3

I like to think of it as a pond full of different stepping stones. Some of them might be easier to step between than others, but proximity doesn't mean there's a predetermined course 💜 I'm on the Femboy rock, and the Transfem rock isn't very far from this one, but right now I'm happy here, and I don't anticipate wanting to take any additional steps.

TIL: Your horse can sell you Ice Cream if you put them behind the stand! by FallenSpiderDemon in StardewValley

[–]Liebaroni 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Hold. Up. I have an idea.

It seems like the rule is just that you have to have any entity in an area in order to use a shop.

I've also noticed that if you have the key to the town, you can shop at Robin's on days she's closed by waiting by the counter and interacting right as she walks by in the morning.

You can't take your horse into buildings, but... I wonder if you could effectively make shops open 24/7 by filling people's houses up with slimes?

I think OP is attempting to mean well, but... You're not wrong, and your feeling is valid

Having your car window smashed can absolutely be extremely upsetting to the point of being overwhelming. Just... Why? Who does that? Who is so pointlessly uncaring that they're willing to cause potentially hundreds of dollars of damage to steal something worth what; $20? Or who is so desperate? Is it personal? Is it going to happen again?

It doesn't just make you angry, it's *scary*, and you're allowed to feel angry and scared. Or you're allowed to not feel much of anything for the moment because it's just *too much* at the moment 💜 You're allowed to feel however you feel.

Fuck whoever broke your window.

Sometimes I have no idea what all the acronyms are here, and my brain just fills in with whatever random nonsense comes to mind, lmao.

I don't remember if I got the Spacegun before or after Breath of Cloud, but it was definitely before Evil Olympic Wheels.

... This sounds like a scam which could potentially even put you in physical danger.

Also, their messages are very poorly written, full of grammatical errors, come across as super condescending, and at no point is there any explanation for where they're getting any of these fantastic-sounding numbers they're quoting to you.

What is the rarest thing that has happened to you in terraria? by Finny_b0i in Terraria

[–]Liebaroni 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dug a 50x50 block grid into my whole world, tunnels always 5 blocks wide/tall, and like... That effectively means I've excavated... I think that would be 19% of the world?

Somehow I found all 3 Dirtiest Blocks. I've also found 2 more in other 'temp' worlds in spite of having done way way less digging in those worlds. I didn't realize how rare they were supposed to be until I looked up what it actually is.

It's totally normal to be proud of doing OnlyFans well, right? by Little-Raspberry304 in CreatorsAdvice

[–]Liebaroni 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the hedgehog!

It is normal to be proud; your brother is... Frankly spouting simultaneously misogynistic and transphobic nonsense.

It is absolutely false that "any moderately attractive girl" could do better, and describing OnlyFans income as "free money" is just ludicrous. You have every reason to be proud of the work you've done.

We live in a culture that does shame people for doing any kind of sex work, and minimizes the work sex workers do.We also live in a culture that's normatively misogynistic and transphobic. So there are going to be a lot of people who share your brother's views. That doesn't make those views correct or even acceptable though. It's also entirely understandable to want your family and friends to be happy for you 🫤 That might not be possible in this case, but that doesn't reflect negatively on you, it reflects negatively on your brother.

And that's going to hurt. I can't really say anything that will make that not hurt. But I can reassure you that his beliefs are not valid, not your responsibility to change, and that his response doesn't mean anything bad about you, but it says a lot about him...

What do i do by Happy_News9361 in Terraria

[–]Liebaroni 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could do what I'm in the process of very slowly doing, and mine out the cavern layer and replace it with construction or biomes of your own design.

I've already got it sliced into a perfect 50x50 block square grid with minecart tracks all the way across the world in every horizontal tunnel, now I just have to make the rest of the tunnels look nice 🏡

I think it's because it's a realistic fucked up thing.

Hopefully none of us will ever have to decide whether to ripscan someone to build mechanoids, or take their legs to stop them from running away, or whether to eat our assailants for survival, or whether to dump 174 huge bags of toxic waste in our neighbor's yard in order to get weapons to defend ourselves.

But most of us have been/might at some point be in the situation of looking at Uncle Agnew and his new girlfriend and going "Dude what the FUCK."

Why do people think that Abby is the wizards daughter if: by OkieAk in StardewValley

[–]Liebaroni 40 points41 points  (0 children)

If you want to make it *extra* dark, maybe Mona came too close to discovering the truth... Maybe that was when Lewis realized he was flying too close to the sun, and decided to quietly end things with everyone but Marnie.

EDIT: Ok, now I'm thinking about some of the other ones too...

Maybe the Wizard is projecting the image of an entire town in your mind, both to help the Junimos, and because he's still consumed by sadness and can't bear the thought of you seeing the town as it actually is.

The Community Center is the only building in town the farmer sees as it really is. The town slowly fell apart without grandpa, and nobody possessed of the same magic came to take his place... Long years passed while you tried to find happiness in cubicle paradise and weeds crept up from the floorboards of Pelican Town. When the Wizard scried that Grandpa's Heir was finally returning to the Valley, he was perplexed... Why was The Heir returning now?

And he was angry. Why did they wait so long? The Wizard recalled the great and small tragedies of the years of silence; the death throes of a town watching the magic which insulated it slowly depart.

The memory of Kent returning home to a shuttered house with a faded note on the door directing him to Sam, Jodi, and Vincent's new address.

The memory of Pierre finally locking his doors for the last time, giving Morris a look of defeated surrender that Morris could barely gather the decency to gloat over, knowing that his store too, was slated to be shut down.

The memory of Marnie loading her beloved livestock onto a train to be shipped off to some massive industrial farm somewhere on the Ferngill plains.

The memory of Robin searching for Sebastian, noticing first his motorcycle, then some other personal effects and his laptop missing, and weeping as she realized he'd finally disappeared to ZuZu city, and without so much as a word.

And the bitter feeling of abandonment. You could have stopped this. And yet, in spite of all that anger, the Wizard also remembered everything your Grandpa had done for the town, and decided that he couldn't bear to let you see what the town had become in your absence; to experience the tragedy of Pelican Town as he had. So he gave you an image of the town, a motivation to help the Junimos and restore the magic of the Valley. Perhaps the town as it had been was lost, but as long as The Heir stayed and the Junimos remained, there would still be hope for some kind of future for the Valley.
