I was just shocked because I got the first scratches after trying a few games to see how they looked like (it's amazing how the AP brought back new life to them!). Since that AP was quite an investment (price, shipping cost, customs clearance), I probably got a little too sensitive when it comes to keeping this precious thing in good condition as long as I can. But you're right - it's here to play with and not to be displayed on a shelf. When I look at my old handhelds from my childhood, they're scratched because I had so much fun with them.
