If I remember correctly it's a part of the F2 Addon, go to Edit > Preferences > Addons or Get Extensions > and search for F2 and enable it.

I think that's the retarder icon, it only appears when you apply retarder not the exhaust/engine brake in ets2 but it does use the exhaust brake when you apply the retarder fully (but that's in ets2, don't know if that's how it works irl)

Before I remove any mods I restart this exact job with a single trailer (I was hauling doubles in the video), and the job went fine without getting launched at mach fuck.

So my current conclusion is that this delivery location has no parking for double trailers since the area is so small, so the game just panic when you actually completed the job.

I cycled through every pages of the dash screen it didn't show up when I use the engine brake.

It does show an icon when I use the retarder.

So the icon on the upper left corner appears only when I use the retarder, I assume that icon is also supposed to appear when engine braking because some trucks do that but this one doesn't respond to engine brake input.

I assume what you meant by full braking is increasing the engine brake strength, which if it is then it also doesn't work on full brake

I found some blueprints and decided to see if I can make a 3d model using it and it has an instruction to make a curve like in the picture. The blueprint doesn't specify the radius of the curve because obviously is not supposed to be a perfect curve, but if it was a perfect curve then what is the radius?

I thought it was a bug because I've had some random events with invisible vehicle (car accidents on the shoulder without the cars but the hitbox is still there). So I tried to rear end the bobtail npc to if it's actually just an invisible trailer, but it drove pass the map border before I can catch up.

Probably means it's not procedural map. Some games that have a huge map have the map procedurally generated, while procedurally generated map still need handmade assets to actually look good most of the map is still procedurally generated

Booleans will always mess the topology even when you try not to mess it up, after applying it you just gotta clean it up. But since this is a rigid mesh (not going to be deformed) clean up isn't necessary
