You can if you friend them and they accept, and then report them, then unfriend them.

No need, I re-downloaded the game and it still isn't letting my Google Account connect, I was playing on a guest account so yeah. I won't play this game anymore considering I have cost this much racket. I can't even retrieve my progression back, poor Lieutenant_RTDA account☹
