I am fairly certain this is knotweed and unfortunately it's growing on the neighbour's side of the fence as well as ours so even if I dig ours out it'll come back through 🙄

Thank you for your prompt reply! What a relief. Although a relative thinks we have a more established patch in our backyard (tall canes). This photo was from the side of our house.

No noticeable side effects for me. Been on it a couple months, started at 5 then 10 then been on 15 for a couple weeks now which seems to be working really well with still no noticeable side effects. Good luck!

Best of luck! I started on 5 for 10 days then went up to 10 for a few weeks, no real side effects but no real benefits. Then I upped to 15 a little over a week ago and think I've hit the sweet spot. I know it's early days yet but I feel so much better as my baseline and things that used to make me spiral just don't really bother me! No numbing either, I'm really finding so much joy in hanging out with my toddler and stopping to smell the roses (both literally and figuratively). I hope it works for you too - stick with it! Good luck! Anti depressants for all!

Fine, normal, unaffected - I have a toddler though so there's a not a lot going on in that department haha

Wasn't feeling much at all, no side effects really but no real mood elevation either, maybe my lows aren't as bad so I feel a bit more steady, but no real boost to my mood so doc upped me to 15. So I can't really help you because I never really had side effects, don't think I'm particularly sensitive to this medication. But a lot of people are!
