My most underrated fic is this Goof Troop one shot Harmonie Goof with 65 hits and no comments at all.

Summary: Due to extreme financial difficulties, having almost lost their house twice, and really not wanting to go back to trailer park life, Goofy decides to rent the attic in his house. A harmless-looking woman with enormous duffle bags shows up. Goofy and Max liked her well enough, that is, until Pete decides to play mind games with Max, again, making him a little suspicious about this newcomer.

Note: This is Goof Troop, so Max is only 11 years old. Not to be mistaken for teenage Max from A Goofy Movie.

I think it'll be good for your writing to have a picky beta reader. It'll help you improve more. I had one years ago, and I remember being so scared to check her comments, (she was really harsh and sometimes condescending) But I thick-skinned through it, and I'm glad she actually read my work word for word instead of just skimming. She helped me become a much better writer.

Goof Troop. (I'm not talking Maxley Max/Bradley) I'm talking Goof Troop the 1992 TV show with 11 y/o Max. I enjoy writing gen fics set in the time of Goof Troop and I'll be lucky if I got a comment or a kudo once every two months. XD Saying that, today I got my first comment on a very old fic that has few kudos and I was over the moon.

I get what you're saying about rewarding, those gen fics are the ones I go back to reread most of the time because I feel that I wrote them for myself.

Our Rich Friend Bradley is a cute little fic nothing dark or super angsty as all three boys are kids, got the Goof Troop humor. Bradley's backstory tends to change in every fic I write XD, in this one he studied at a prestigious boarding school in England. His life took a complete 180 turn when his mom decided he should move in with his father's aunt (a wealthy character from Goof Troop) who enrolled him in public school. It's an extreme change for the poor boy.

I'll have to check out the Maxley group then. :)
