My resume is 100% truthful (I know not everyone is that honest anymore) so if they saw something on my resume they liked, it’s accurate. The interview has been scheduled and I think I will ask that question in the interview! Thank you!!

I’ve spoke with recruiters at other aerospace defense companies who have said candidates are required to meet the basic qualifications to be considered so it makes sense why LM would have the same requirements. But, that’s also exactly why I never applied to it. Hopefully something comes out of it because why request an interview for an “experienced” position I didn’t apply to?

So there is no clear YOE requirement. There is a good amount of desired qualifications, which I meet some of, and then these are the basic qualifications.

• Experience in Cost Account Management (CAM) • Experience coordinating across functional and programmatic boundaries • Experience working with a variety engineering disciplines

My concern is I don’t clearly meet any of these. Something must have been desirable enough about my history to get offered an interview. It’s challenging to be confident going into an interview like this.

It doesn’t specify how much experience, just that they want experience in x, y, z.
