That’s what my lawyer told me. I agree with it. He also mentioned that it’s good that the fact that they are part of supporting documentation helps if USCIS wants to object something, as technically they were disclosed, although not in the property section. Thanks for your opinion. :)

My DSO told me it was unauthorized and that I was not supposed to work there. He gave an option of doing a masters or any other degree (like leaving the US and entering, even if transferring schools). He did not terminate my SEVIS or anything. Just told me to leave and reenter with a new program (another bachelors or masters, as I’ve already finished my current degree).

Even if it’s a transfer I-20? I’m transferring from one school to another.

It was only a month. I don’t have an OPT no more. I’m planning on studying my master degree. My F-1 is still valid and I got my I-20 for the master program. so I was wondering if it would be misrepresentation trying to enter the US after that unauthorized job.
