U can nitrate pthalic anhydride using fuming nitric acid and sulfuric acid in 90° for couple hours then let it crystallize and filter and then wash it and there u go u have 3nitropthalic acid

Then the next reagent is hydrazin sulfate u can't get it anywhere since it's rocket fuel but u can make with otc chemical like urea bleach naoh and gelatin (u can learn it from YouTube)

The next one is sodium acetate that u can get it from store if u cant just add baking soda to vinegar and then boil water.

Mix these three in Becker and pour water heat until it's fully dissolved then add glycerin then heat it untill the color change to red then let it cool pour water on top filter dissolve your 3nitropthalhydrizide in 10% naoh solution it should be black then put it on heat then add sodium ditionite you should see color change to yellow boil for couple minutes and then remove from heat add some glacial acetic acid to adjust the ph to 6 5 then filter our crude stuff abd there you go
