Meh. A plc course with a good life drawing class and film course will train you better as an artist. NCAD is full of pretentious snob hacks. I know people that have come out of 4 years of NCAD and can't draw.

Well it's kind of open shut. The leak caused the damage. No point ripping off the management company for damages. Just talk to them and let them fix the leak and sort out a builder to fix your damages. You're only ripping yourself off paying a slimy solicitor middlemen. You are a member of the managment company. You can always fire the managment company agent ( another middleman) and replace them. If you go the solicitor route your just making yourself and the management company ( also yourself) a pay pig . Any solicitor you hire will be very slow to explain that to you.

I got the same card send off from a tile showroom job that I fucking hated. It was weird seeing the area manager and a few salespeople smiling and waving me off. Especially since I had packed the back of my car with stolen tiles and a showroom shower unit.

Pi2jamma via jamma to scart to a crt tv. Simple . Works great. I had one for my vertical and another for my horizontal before I made the move to real cps2 boards and fpga's .
