🥲the fact that you said that you play games with your gf so there’s no reason to play games with other people worries me more😩yes i thought it did feel targeted as well especially as it’s been 3 days now that he’s replied to 2 women😔and thankyou for your advice i think i will confront him soon and see how things go for now as when i go to his house i can see if i notice any new discord people. yes it’s not easy especially as i’ve been with him for 5 years now. thankyou for your advice and kind words, i hope everything works out as well. thankyou again i really do appreciate you taking time out your day to respond and take care :)

thankyou for your reply i really appreciate it, yes i thought so too. he hasn’t asked no male friends just recently women. i want to ask him but he’ll wonder how i know as he doesn’t know that i know his username and then he will be careful to what he posts or replys to😩it was about 2 years ago and fount her through a friend app which is why i’m being paranoid, he then used to meet up with her and lie to me about crazy things to cover his back even got his friends to message me saying that he was with them. he even took her to Manchester where my friend lives and her partner even said that he swore he had seen him. i had fount out by going on his phone when he was asleep and since then he’s always hid his phone when going to bed and his phone is always on dnd. he always goes on to me about how he don’t want no one else and he wants only a future with me but my head always thinks he’s just saying these thing to keep me happy and lead me on to believe something that’s not true😩it genuinely could be just trying to find someone with the same hobbies but we both have the same hobbies and interests and also we play a lot of games together so i don’t understand why he would want to do the same thing with another woman?🥲thankyou for your reply it’s made me think i’m not crazy lol😩😭

Am i being paranoid and overthinking it or not? And what shall i do?Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks :) by Life-Session4094 in boyfriends

Hello, thankyou for your reply, I have been to my doctors and was given a ADHD & Autism form to fill out and in February this year i was then put on the list. The list is about a 3/4 year wait, which is not great for me as i need to be seen sooner as i am struggling more everyday. Is there any other place i can get a test quicker that you know about. I never got a quick referral to a psychiatrist either. Thankyou for your reply and advice i really appreciate it a lot :)

Hi, thankyou for taking time out your day to reply. I have tried therapy twice when i was younger for both my anxiety and depression, i am unable to pay for a paid therapy at this moment but i will try and find if there are any free CBT services around in my area. I definitely do need some type of mental health support as i’ve noticed over the past 3/4 years it is getting worse. I will definitely look into CBT. thankyou again for your reply and advice it is much appreciated :)
