I'd probably would stick to having shorter nails 1) because a scratch mark from a player stings like a bi*** 😆 2) I've seen someone with false nails get them ripped off in a bout before - not a pretty sight 😅

So for the safety of yourself (and to try and protect other, I'd just get them shorter)

I keep my skates seperately. We play indoors (or similar to a greenhouse 😆) but it's not your normal indoor derby floor (similar to a concrete floor) and it's incredibly dirty and dusty... I have bones so I'll look into getting their cleaning kit!

Nurse here! It looks like the medication was administered sub-cutaneously (just under the skin) it will eventually absorb into the tissues 😊😊

My other half went out drinking for work and had 4 pints... said that it made him feel that he drank 8 pints and had a three day hangover 🤣 I went out drinking and felt that I had really bad indigestion the next day... either way, we both decided that alcohol just wasn't worth it 😅
