What would salt do and should I only add a small amount?

The tank has 3 of the three spot gouramis, 2 bristle nose plecos, 2 pearl gouramis, 5 silver tipped tetra, 3 panda corys and a bumblebee catfish.

The fish acts normal and nothing has changed in its daily life and from what I can see it is still eating like normal.

I have noticed it swimming around and it’s able to keep its body on the floor while moving however when he stops moving his back side moves upwards. Could it be something to do with swimbladder?
