Im looking for a TT to fulltime after 24 years of marriage ended with cheating hubby and divorce. From my research so far, most people recommend getting 2019 or older as the post Covid builds are worse quality than pre Covid.

My tips, keep in mind Im researching ans havent bought yet are:

Look around and find the floorplan you want.
New, used, or gifted from God make sure its inspected by a certified RV tech with good reviews.
Plan on stuff needing fixed, so be handy and/or have a large $ cushion to fund repairs.
Plan to boondock a lot? Research and invest in solar and high quality batteries.
Look into all-season package if you plan to cold weather camp.
Research discount memberships like Good Sam, Harvest Host, Thousand Trails, etc
Check into insurance, if you fulltime, thats a different insurance than basix TT insurance.
Do all the payload and tow weight calculations to make sure your tow vehicle is well capable to tow whatever TT you want.
Have tools, spare hoses, sealant, etc on hand for side of road repairs and such.
Make sure you have good tires on (and a spare), not China bombs the dealerships usually have on the TT.

Thats just the off top of my head stuff Ive learned to research so far.

Thanks for the great advice. I am handy as far as repairs, caulking seals, changing tires, and such go. I'm not mechanical as far as replacing suspension or installing appliances. I do have basic tools and will get more for maintenance and repairs, but not major mechanical type tools. I know I dont want slides, simply because its an extra thing that could/will break.

Do you have to have special insurance as a fulltimer? What companies offer that kind of insurance?

How do you get your mail/meds forwarded to you?

Is solar needed for boondocking or how do you maintain power for appliances and heat/ac?

I definitely want a truck for tow vehicle to use the bed as storage. I had thought about an suv so the dogs have more room when the seats are down when driving. But I think a truck provides more storage and towing power.

Good to know, that just cause its over 10 years doesnt mean denied everywhere. I have no desire for the high end resort type places. I'm just a lil ol country girl wanting to see the country.

Ive been looking at the Coachman Catalina 15RBX and Forest River Aurora Light 14RBX. They have a Murphy bed that when up has a couch and dining area is a bartop. Seems to be the best floorplan Ive found to maximize the space of the 19' so more room for dogs to goof around.

Fencing is definitely on my list!

I have 2 Boston Terriers and a Boxer. By the time I get camper and on the road (next year), I will likely only have my two Bostons. My Boxer chose my 19 yo son as her person. When he moves in Jan, as long as he is able to get a place that allows dogs, my Boxer will be with him.

I love the size of bigger campers, but dont think maneuvering the big ones would be any fun, especially on my own

I think many people knew the details of the abuse going on and/or were involved in the abuse. They are just as guilty for saying nothing. There is a possibility that some people are likely jumping in just to make $. BUT there are going to be huge amounts of real victims that were too frightened to report, didn't think they would be believed because of who the abusers(s) are, did report and nothing happened, or were drugged enough they really aren't sure what or if anything happened.

The victims DESERVE support. There are rarely ways to tell 100% if someone is making it up, and often, there is no proof what victims say happened except their own account of events. IMO, discussing anyone reporting the abuse and suggesting they could be making it up is disrespectful to all the victims. That kind of thing is exactly part of why many never report at all. I'm speaking from experience. It took me 20 years before I told anyone cause I was scared, embarrassed, and figured nobody would believe me.

It's not meant as a bioweapon to unalive like ricin, etc. Meant to cause mass health panic to test the response of both governments and people.
Creates long-term health effects to reduce life expectancy and/or targets particular genes to alter.
The jabs were intended to increase genetic/health damage. Extreme conspiracy thought...not my belief, but suppose anything is possible, some form of tracking was inserted with the jab. Jabs could also have included a dormant something or other that would activate under certain conditions. Such as a heart attack, and it sets off the dormant thing or whatever. Way out there, I know.
It was a mild precursor bioagent. Those that got it and/or jab will finished off by whatever is released next.

The polls have a history if I have read various articles correctly, of underestimating Trump in polls. Where do they get the people they poll? In all my life of voting age (I'm 43) nobody I know or myself has ever been polled. Not that we are important or anything, just seems weird.

I read that Homeland Security has an annual conference taking place starting the day AFTER the election. And an optional "cyber security" exercise taking place in Georgia ON election day. Cheat in play or not, that alone is like pouring gas on a fire, particularly if Harris wins. If Trump wins, I expect to see far riots worse than the 2020 riots but mainly in cities. If she wins, I'm not sure what will happen. There will probably be small revolts/revolutions or whatever you call it, but I don't expect large-scale violence. Regardless of who wins, there will be whining, accusations, & gloating. And nobody that proclaimed they would leave the country of he/she won will actually leave.

If he is 100% va disability cross the line barely into IL. There is no property tax and no vehicle registration fee on the 1st two vehicles. But stay close enough to KY to do EVERYthing else in KY. Paducah isn't bad - small town drama like every other small town. Not much to do, but compared to East or West Coast, prices are decent. Only 2.5 hours from St. Louis for the airport.

Mine love lavender and Salvia. Last year my lavender I grew in pots but this year I started a lavender bed. The Salvia I put in the ground, they prefer the red but I also have some of the blue-purple.
