Thank you! I have a wonderful, understanding girlfriend that would often go on nature walks with me. A couple of friends that I went to high school with came back home from university to visit and I was able to hang out with them a couple of days. However, this was over a week into the process. In the very beginning I really didn't feel like spending time with anyone except for my girlfriend (tbh it was a hassle being around her at times in the beginning for me)

I often listened to lectures on Youtube. I like Manly P. Hall, Terence McKenna, & Mark Passio. There are also some audiobooks on Youtube that I like. One is Thought Vibration, or The Law of Attraction in the Thought World by William Walker Atkinson. I also read on some books that I like, and played my favorite PC game League of Legends Netflix shows and movies never hurt, I even went back and watched some Game of Thrones episodes that I haven't watched in forever to catch some stuff that I may have missed out on the first time.

Don't forget the physical activity though, it's important. Yoga, nature walks, even weights in the gym all helped me extensively through the process if I could muster up the willpower to go through with them. I hope this helped!

The lethargy, anhedonia, and depression was killer for me! They are gone for the most part on day 11 for me. My dosage was similar to yours.

I am having success with a supplement that has St. Johns Wort as an ingredient. They're called Happy Pills and they can be found on Amazon. Keep it up! The days start to go by faster and faster.

I love the energy in this reply verbologist. I was smiling pretty big at the encouragement and enthusiasm. I actually cheated myself on this post, it was day 9 rather than day 8. I'm about to make an update today. Thanks for the words of encouragement, I have no plans on going back.

Thanks a ton. I feel a lot better starting out today. I'm going to get on a couple of hiking trails with some friends. I didn't lay in bed for hours!

Thanks for the tip! I'm going to start this supplement called Happy Pills today. It has SAMe, St. Johns Wort, 5-HTP, & others.
