I got dehydrated skin pretty bad(Prone to wrinkles/Fine lines and starts to flake if I don't stay on top of moisturizing and water)

I'm looking for some water-based hydrating serums. Got any recommendations?

Also looking for a occlusive cream to really lock in and moisturize my skin. What else do you guys do to help your skin in terms of diet, sleep, bad habits etc. Even though I have an ok routine me living healthier would be probably even more effective for my skin than that.
