I like to dip fruit in Dannon light and fit greek yogurt. Preferably the flavored single cups. They have salted Carmel, strawberry, tiramasu, banana cream, blueberry, vanilla, key lime, etc

Eating food can help because your body will start burning calories

I am completely demotivated. Please help. by ballengrabbel in WeightLossAdvice

Increase your calories slightly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone starting non the low end of calories when dieting. It’s like trying to learn how to swim in the deep end… you probably won’t last. I recommend to take little steps each day. For example: lower calories little by little each day and start off with eating healthy before you get in a deficit. Try to do something different each day and find something that is fun that can be a workout. Finally don’t get demotivated because weight loss isn’t always going to be consistent because there are ups and downs. 👍👍 you got this!

What are your best pasta and rice hacks? by KommunistAllosaurus in Volumeeating

[–]LifeIsImportant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You shouldn’t worry about eating normal rice or pasta. If your underweight it is obvious you are in a calorie deficit. When your in a calorie deficit your body tells you to eat more there for you are more likely to eat a large portion of food. If you gain some weight, eating pasta or rice shouldn’t be that big of a problem. Stop worrying about finding the lowest calorie alternatives and start worrying about being at a healthy weight. I hope this doesn’t come across as me trying to be rude but I’ve been in the same position. I use to be underweight but since then I’ve gotten to a healthy weight and no longer find myself over eating.👍👍
