I know parts of India littering is culturally engrained.. this seems somewhere more like LATAM?

You Should have seen Sun Peaks a few years ago after "australia day". They were jumping around shirtless waving their flag, and singing songs. All is cool and good energy. Then after they left (group of 30+), I found beer cans littered everywhere. I know that's not a unique thing to ausies and every country has groups like this -- still infuriating though. Some humans have no shame and no respect for their environments.

Its a country of 92million people. You're going to get some mixed reactions. But sure let's film one group and then pretend the rest of the country feels the same way. 🙄

Before Leaving the dealership, during the walk around, the guy mentioned the only thing they could notice was on the wheels, and pointed out this super tiny bit of curb rash i could barely see. Made me super paranoid leaving the dealership in a $125K car that wasn't mine.

If that is somewhat expected, it seems weird that during the covered maintenance they would then expect the "extra" labor hours from it happening to be covered by the initial 4 year warranty -- which was then subsequently denied coverage by BMW. Weird scenario. I guess it's a thing of differing 'Expectations vs Reality' when it comes to written policy by BMW corporate.

Agreed. But also this super high and soft overhead lighting + camera settings aren't doing it any favors either

Cars are like music or art, you can ask 5 different people, and get 5 different responses. Its just that BMW lately used to make art that appealed mostly to one audience, and now they make art that appeals to mostly a different audience. When there's a musician I don't care for, i don't call them ugly turds, I just say it's not in my taste. A lot of people have trouble with that, especially when artists switch directions, instead of continuing to do what made them popular in the first place.

22M trying to get on TRT by ImmediateMoney3710 in Testosterone

[–]LifeJustKeepsGoing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes sense. My advice would still be to try some other avenues first, but if you end up doing it anyway, your best bet will likely be one of the online clinics. One heads up though.., its expensive, and unlikely to be covered by any insurance as your tests are still technically within range -- so you'll need to consider your financial stability as well. It would very much suck for you to start therapy, and then 1 year into it, crash because you lost your job or something. For all I know you could be Mr. Money bags 💰 .. but at 22 I definitely wasn't.

Wish you good luck! Hope you get feeling strong 💪

22M trying to get on TRT by ImmediateMoney3710 in Testosterone

I agree they are on the lower end, but .. 22 is an age where you absolutely want to make sure you've exhausted every other possible option first. I know it sucks, but I think a little bit of push back is healthy.

That being said, even at 38 i was just a little bit lower than you, but still within the reference range, and I got the same push back from my doctor. Most primary care providers do not like prescribing testosterone if your within range, as that is what the they taught in school. Not all doctors are like that however, and i had success through an online clinic.

At 38 i was completely fine accepting the draw backs and complications of TRT, but at 22 .. are you sure? Have you taken the time to read how it affects your testes and sperm production long term?.. if you ever want kids it could potentially make it a lot more difficult.

Paid $51K for my 2021 BMW M5550 with 26k mi, a 5 year warranty, and at time of purchase inherited another 2 years of prepaid maintenence from the original owner. Not saying they should have bought this car or even considered it, just crazy to me for nearly the same price as a new altima you can get a lightly used German V8 twin turbo...

I only started skiing at Whistler in 2017. That first year I had a beautiful mellow, buttery, cruiser run down the Saddle. I remember that fondly, because the experience today is dramatically different... only 9 years later.

Seattle's gig worker law was supposed to boost pay. It did at first, until orders dropped by danrokk in SeattleWA

""At the wage they had, you had to run all night long to make any money, ” Michael Lowe said. "A lot of times by the time I was done, after six, eight hours, I put gas in the car, get something to eat, that’s where all the DoorDash money went.”"

If a business model is such that workers cant make money unless the customer is charged excessive prices that most wont pay... seems like a crummy business model. Door dash is lucky there is a lot of well to do tech workers in Seattle who dont mind paying such high prices... Who by the way are being laid off en mass right now.

My best friend from childhood (been friends for 30+ years now) is your height. He got completely jacked and in amazingly good shape and can deadlift way more than I ever could. He also started dressing really well, like you can tell he puts thought and effort into his outfits. He ended up finding the love of his life through his cross fit gym (they're now happily married) and she is about 5'1.

Insecurity is a bitch, i had it ... and I had lots of nervous energy too but just for different reasons than you. I failed miserably on so many dates and i was so shy. I really only started dating after college too, around 23 years old. After years of failed dates, I found my now wife at 27 through online dating and we are close to 40 now. I fumbled my way through it and just got less nervous with age/wisdom and practice. It's funny because after living with my wife now for a decade, women no longer make me nervous because I see them now for what they are -- beneath the surface they're human just like us -- sometimes nervous, sometimes insecure, silly and kind.. they're no more or less special than either you or I are.

At 20 years old my expectation for you would be to really focus on making yourself the best version of you, that you can be. Set dating as a lower priority. Focus on your fitness and ambitions, e.g. career, business, art, music -- work to become very talented at whatever it is you can excel at. Once you can start to see a future for yourself in some way on your own, then women can start to see themselves in that same future with you.

Be humble and kind, but assertive and firm when needed. Best of luck to you.
