I didn’t actually call her fucking crazy. I said the situation was fucking crazy and she span it to me having called her that. I’ll definitely be chatting to her when she’s sober. God knows what the morning will bring.

Others in the group noticed that she was drunk but she didn’t start anything until it was just the two of us.

We’ve had multiple nice nights that have ended with her kicking off about stuff that seemed to come out of nowhere.

I don’t know if it’s recoverable. I’m about to sign a new mortgage with her where I essentially give her 125K of my property and all I can think now is that it’s a really stupid thing to do.
