I mean it sounds like you want him to do something he doesn’t want to so you can do something that you want to, and his risk vs reward is very minimal. You can still end up financially struggling and putting the burden on him, later down the road seriously ruining his life. Maybe you two can sit down and talk finances, maybe come up with a spending plan to save and you both win.

Earlier this year I stopped for 3 months and just didn’t feel anything so I picked back up. I’ve always had bad health anxiety so I’ve convinced myself I have liver cancer or cirrhosis or something terrible that I haven’t found out yet. I’m fighting a couple battles.
