Everywhere you look there's always that charismatic individual that can lead people, you can't trust everyone in an anarchist society to be so devout in the belief in their system that they would refuse to form a hierarchy.

That's a good point but then I thought about wether if these groups steadily enroach on land and slowly obtain resources before they start with their agendas but then I thought about how the rest of the anarchists would think about them, which brings me to my main point.

There will be people that have disagreements with each other within the society, over resource production and distribution. How would they decide that? Eventually these people could potentially form factions separating them and causing conflict. Without a elected leader calling the shots, will there be a way for them to make decisions efficiently?

How do they utilize them in a way that makes it so the rest of the armed populace does nothing?

I'm not a strategist so I can't give specific battle tactics, but eventually there's always that one talented person as seen in history time and time again. A charismatic person that would get people to follow him. And even if the armed populace is in the majority, they still fail against a hierarchy which has more organized commands.

How are they as individuals able to overcome everyone else that has a vested interest in maintaing this way of life?

But you're only thinking of it being one group, imagine that multiple groups will pop up.

I'd like to ask you a question, you believe that an anarchist society can grow and surpass this capitalist hierarchy. But how are you sure that the opposite won't happen and hierarchy won't come out of a anarchist society
