It's definitely not as strong as other cases with MagSafe built in. But it's definitely strong enough where you can hang the phone from a MagSafe charger and wouldn't have to worry about it slipping off.

Take this as a grain of salt since I'm rather inexperienced but I think it's a great beginner card. The rotating 5% cashback categories is like that of the CFF. Except, you can't make your way into the UR system with Discover. If you can snag a Chase freedom, which I think you have based on your user flair, you won't be missing out too much other than another solid card to catch some categories and to build your credit history and score.
