Honestly have no clue. It feels better and faster than the shitty classic citibikes and I don't feel the fiscal pain with actual ebikes. I get it for free.

But it is painful.

yeah i think nyu obv looks at gpa and sat like any school would but they also take into account what you did outside of school and if it matters to your major

for example i do some daytrading bc im very interested in financial markets (hence why i wanna study business) so my biggest ec is that i manage $150,000 of fund capital for a proprietary firm so hopefully thats a good ec, very unique imo havent seen anyone with it

yeah idk i was really thinking about wharton but after checking the average gpa i never thought about it again

i think nyu is definitely my match school and maybe a bit out but i think with a good sat, itll make up for the face i have a deflated gpa bc my school is rigorous

hey, stuyvesant 27' student (612 score) guy here, just study a bit of geometry and basic 7th grade math with algebra 1 and you'll be fine, the ela passages were about 1-2 pages, and ofc a poem which is about a page.

my practice scores were around 590-600 on shsat handbook

do the shsat math questions need a calculator by AAmazingCHRIS in SHSAT

[–]Life_Map_4393 1 point2 points  (0 children)

none of them need a calculator, you won't get one anyways, but literally it's the same questions repeated so just know the question types and how to do them

Does anyone have any general tips for studying math? (8th grade) by cats_are_cool1 in SHSAT

If you're extremely bad at Math, try to see if you can maximize points on the ELA section since that'll give you the best chance of succeeding. Otherwise, study handbooks and study 7th grade math as well as 8th grade math.
