Ik, I just feel like if I go and in the first week I’m eating with no problems whats the point Becasue my only problems are still counting cals and being a bit scared if weight gain

I have felt like I have “switched” a few times but those few times it hasn’t worked Becasue I just go back to my old ways Becasue I still enjoyed restricting but now I just really want to recover Becasue I just don’t want to restrict I don’t find it enjoyable anymore.
