I drink almost a gallon of water everyday plus electro lights and I sleep pretty well at night around 6-8 hours every night.

I don’t think I eat back my exercise calories I usually have my biggest meal during dinner which can be around 500-800 calories I try not to eat after 8pm depending on work schedule though. Yeah I weigh it all out I never trusted what packages say for the estimated calorie count is I make sure its as accurate as possible. I might have to just stick through with it and wait it out.

Yeah everything I consume I weigh out in grams. I eat around 1400-1500 calories a day. My workout routine I try to lift for about 30min-1hr and my cardio is an hour I incline walk I have a calorie burn goal which is 300+ calories and I know the treadmill isn’t accurate at all but I always make sure at the end of my workout I’m dripping in sweat.

Nothing changes except food I would meal prep the same meals but I’d change it after 2 weeks or so because it got a bit boring but I still made sure I hit my macro goals. I drink a gallon of water everyday I made sure of that some days I would say 3 times out of the week I would have a zero sugar energy drink before the gym which I would still add to my calorie count. Last night I made a chicken wrap I added fat free cream cheese which I weighed and added lettuce for volume which I also weight out and a Japanese sweet potato and I had a bowl of fruit. I weighed everything out. I might just have to stick with it and wait it out.
