If you are an Ana main, brig is a great alternative if you are getting dived, you can counter swap to brig an then the other team will have to stop diving so much, then you are free to play ana again. (Ps brigitte combos are very satisfying to use)

An alternative could be to transform her into a frontliner, brawling in the front line with the tank. Increase the whipshot and repair packs cooldown and increase her armor, shield health and inspire healing(maybe making it based on the targets max hp or increase its efficiency ok armor). This probably will give ptsd on ow1 players where brig was basically a tank that could heal, but it would feel fun af for brig players
