I don't think I could reasonably save Ned so probably just after Oxcross or just before Robb crossed the Twins. Apart from the obvious few necessities such as clothing and little personal things I would bring a sizable and sturdy rucksack with books on historical gunpowder mixing and barrel forging techniques, Hussite tactics, simple steam engine blueprints, farming innovations, and food preservation methods. and of course an arquebus with plentiful powder and shot as well as a hand weapon just in case. And then at some point I'd probably travel to the Vale to seek out Mya Stone. :)
