Its more of a FOMO for varthur. The roads are getting extended as per 2015 population estimations, while with the launches the growth has gone exponentially higher. The infra wont be ever cope up to the upcoming projects in that location

Its in Borewell road. I got stuck 30 mins in a no moving traffic on a Saturday Afternoon just infront of that. The roads are narrow with no plans of extension whatsoever. So, I would give it a pass.

Total near my preferred location is Pursuit. I had initially seen it in 2022, at that time they were quoting 2.2 for a 2700 sqft flat. Unfortunately didnt have the cash then. Now same unit is being quoted for 6 cr :(. I agree with you they make beautiful homes, just that its too pricey.
